Next Day Chilled Deliveries

We now offer a next day chill-packed courier delivery service. However, because we are a small bespoke company, we rarely carry excess stock and so may not be able to react to your short notice demands. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. Choose from our selection of traditional produce be it dry cured, oak smoked back bacon or stuffed, boned and rolled loin or even a pack of Toulouse sausages to fill your home-made baguettes, we will produce to your requirements. Tell us how many slices of ham you would like, how big a loin you would like to entertain your friends or family and even how long you would like your sausages! ... We aim to please. Please contact us for details and retail pricing. We'll discuss with you your exact preparation and packing requirements. Don't forget much of what we produce is naturally gluten free.
