Gluten Free Products

As a bespoke, traditional butchery company, we have a growing band of fans with specific dietry requirements. We make up all our own spice/ sausage mixes by hand. Our products are clearly labelled and much of what we produce is naturally free from gluten/allergens. Please check our reviews. Retail pricelist shown:

We can pack to you exact requirements. So, if you wish to order 20 sausages but want to take 2 out of the freezer at any one time, just say and we'll pack them accordingly. Don't forget we dry cure bacons, streaky, pancetta, pig's cheek, hams, hocks and shoulder.

We ask for minimum orders of £30 please. Next day chill-pack courier delivery is £12 but that is for up to 20 kg parcels. If you any specific requests please call or email us.
